We asked a safety car park. They said that outside parking lot is OK! After burglary into our car they inform that under the hotel is the most safety car park "Why you didn't park there?" We didn't know that!! Damage to car and lost of some cloths cost us over 3000€.

Kun saavuimme hotelliin, meiltä pyydettiin 100€ "security fee". Emme suostuneet maksamaan. Kyse olikin ehkä "security deposit", mutta asia esitettiin meille kuten aiemmin kirjoitin. Ystäviämme veloitettiin 17. kerroksen ravintolassa väärin, heiltä laskutettiin naapuripöydän mukaan. Valitettavasti hän luki kuitin vasta kotona, joten kärsi tappion, kalliit oluet. Ensimmäisenä päivänä mennessämme nukkumaan, huomasimme että sänky oli märkä. Meille annettiin uusi huone, joka oli kuitenkin pienempi ja ilman jääkaappia joka aiemmassa huoneessa oli. Annoin aiemmin jo palautteen tästä ylimääräisestä maksusta sekä märästä sängystä. Meille vastattiin että nämä ovat hotellin tason mukaisia (märkä sänky), vähän ihmetytti. Ylimääräisestä maksusta meille selitettiin palautteessa että kyse oli city tax, ja se on ilmoitettu aiemmin, mutta sitä emme todellakaan kritisoineet, vaan "security fee":tä. Hotellin sijainti ihan ok ja rauhallinen, myös kulkuyhteydet keskustaan hyvät.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Airport shuttle was very convienient, only 7,50e per person. Transport to the hotel from the airport was free of charge. We booked our trip to Keukenhof from the hotel (26e + shuttle 7,50e) transport from the hotel to the airport, were the bus to the Keukenhof left. Very simple! Overall very clean and nice hotel. We didnt have breakfast, but there was a little bar at the lobby, where we bought coffee and croissants in the morning. Tram number 13 left from front of the hotel, wich went to the Centraal Station and Dam square. Special thanks to Chantal, absolutely one of my best expieriences of customer Service from her, such a lovely personality. Thank you!

Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde ja helppo kulkea keskustaan
Hyvä hotelli, iso huone, iso kylpyhuone, jossa sekä suihku että amme. Raitiovaunulla pääsee kätevästi keskustaan ja saa samalla katsella asuinalueita. Vieressä kivan näköinen puisto, johon kesällä olisi varmasti menty. Aamupala ok, kannattaa ostaa jo sisäänkirjautuessa, jos ei kuulu huoneen hintaan. Aamupalaravintolasta huikeat näkymät Amsterdamin ylle. Lentokentälle taksi n. 40€, jos sattuu missaamaan hotellin kuljetuksen. Palvelu asiallista ja kohteliastakin.

The property and area itself are amazing. The restaurant and rooftop incredible. The main desk is terrible - worst I have ever experienced. There is no option to leave credit card on file for incidentals, cleaning and additional services are requested via QR Code and are answered intermittently. Check in was slow and annoying. I was doubled charged for the room city tax which they are refusing to refund. The explanation from tbe front desk is I must have 2 rooms. Room card was deactivated because they said i owed money, they did not refund my deposit for the bike rental. Computers kept crashing, every interaction was terrible and slow. Feel bad for the staff - the systems they are being asked to use are aweful and designed to fail. One of the best areas and properties in Amsterdam - but the absolute worst guest experience. I cant imagine returning.

The tram to central station was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Easy check in/out, the breakfast was great. Nice size room for the price.

From the moment of check in to leaving there was nothing we could fault. The underground car parking was a real bonus, safe, secure and bright and clean. There was the added bonus of a tram line within 100m of the hotel which took us straight to the centre. Breakfast was excellent plus espresso martinis later. Would recommend the hotel.

Our room was not cleaned, even when we asked multiple times for it. our safe did not work, someone had to config it. the telephone was not configured and not pluged in, also no numbers where saved (e.g. for reception). overall a disappointment as a family.

Great hotel, but the staff were keen to get us to check out at 10am despite check out being 12, knocking on the door asking us to leave. Housekeeping only came once, on our first morning there. Reception were lovely, and that’s the reason I ranked the staff as high as I have.

I chose this hotel because it was close to my friend’s house, it is not in the center. Beginning with a really friendly check in, my stay was excellent. This is not a five star hotel, nor should you expect one for the price, but the value per dollar ratio is super high. Well maintained, super clean and helpful staff. The sauna is huge and was a nice addition considering it was snowing. I was the only one in it, so a large private sauna is also a plus. Lastly, a lot of airplane pilots use the place, which is a testimony to its value.

Hyvää: Siisteys, henkilökunta ja palvelu, majoituspaikan kunto ja tilat ja huoneen mukavuus
Stort og flot hotel. Morgenmaden er ok, men så heller ikke mere. Måske fordi vi i Danmark er forvænt med brød af høj kvalitet, det har de ikke i Holland.
