”Our stay at Springhill was awesome. The hotel is immaculate inside and out. Rooms are spotless & very roomy. Beds are super comfortable. It's quiet nobody bothers you. The staff are helpful, Breakfast was one of the best I've had from a hotel. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.”

”The breakfast menu was good, I usually dont like sasuages from places that arent at home but they were my favorite. The pancake machine was cool but i never tried them, and the juice was excellent. The staff always had a smile and tried to help with whatever was asked. Great service would definitely recommend for a solo traveler.”

”Everything was just average. I think the price point for the property is too high. The small single sink and small bathroom with pry marks on rhe door was disappointing. I also sought to upgrade to a king bed but they said none were available. This is odd because on a Tuesday the place was empty. ”

”When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again”

”Description for property and properties usual amenities are not accurate and are not provided at this property. They provided one plastic cup in a room with 2 people and zero other anything. Kitchen cabinets are empty, no pots pans, glasses, dishwater, no coffee maker. Very noisy all night, no security, extra riot entrance security doors broken, cut my finger on bathroom counter with sharp edge... would not stay again. ”

It feels like people live here! Exposed wires on interior door lock. Dirty - floors dirty, hair in shower soap dish and on shower wall. German roaches in the bathroom and kitchen area. Planned on cooking on furnished burners but no ability to use them. No kitchen equipment meaning utensils, bowls,...

”I love the fact it isn't a traditional hotel and has full sized refrigerator freezer and microwave. Fairly peaceful”
