”If you have never stayed here before, the key to unlock the door is very tricky. The toilets should be replaced to accommodate older folks who stay here. They are extremely low. The rooms are nice and big and the location is very convenient to the Peoria Sports Complex, shopping and restaurants. The staff was very helpful.”

”My room had bugs in the sheets and no accommodation were avaliable! Would not recommend staying here, incredibly overpriced. No refund issued under the circumstances. ”

”Well I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was awful with limited furniture. If you wanted plates etc you had to contact the front desk. The breakfast was a joke. Pity because the location was very good ”

”Barely tolorable. Bathroom had an old bar of soap stuck to the shelf in the shower. Hair in there....and I'm bald. The fan is filthy with a coat of dust. The girl at the front desk was super nice just the cleaning staff fell short. Not planning to return to this place.”

”I paid for a 2 bed and got 1. The whole facility was disgusting. I walked in the room and walked right back out. It was filthy. Didn't even stay there. Didn't feel safe to even go talk to anyone about it. Will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. ”

”We have never ever had such a horrible experience like we did at this hotel. There was literally a missing chunk of flooring in the middle of the room, hair all over our sheets, AC broken, the privacy curtain broken. Our bathroom was coated in black grime, finger prints all over the furniture, brown and yellow stains throughout the walls. We booked two nights and asked to be either moved to another room or cancel the next day but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all. We ended up...

”For an extended stay hotel, it did not have a coffee machine or anything else in the kitchenette (fridge and microwave was present) just was not kept well … few outlets next to bed, WiFi was iffy”

”Beds were pretty new, so no low spots. Newly updated. Clean. Nothing fancy, but great for a good nights sleep. Guarded gate. Decent neighborhood. Is located by a major busy road, but didn’t notice the noise (we were on the opposite side)”

”This is a bad hotel. Even at a lower rate it was dirty, carpets were terrible and room (non-smoking) smelled like smoke. Shower was broken and the key stopped working after two hours. Also many different characters in and out of the area all night long. Would not recommend at all. ”

The room was cleaned and ready almost 2hrs late, check in time 4pm our room wasn't ready until about 5:40pm, there was a ton of guests all coming in while I checked in complaing about no pots and pans, no pillows, (apparently they had been stolen) room was too disgusting to stay in, food left on tables, floors too sticky from cleaners not diluting cleaning solutions enough...
