”The breakfast menu was good, I usually dont like sasuages from places that arent at home but they were my favorite. The pancake machine was cool but i never tried them, and the juice was excellent. The staff always had a smile and tried to help with whatever was asked. Great service would definitely recommend for a solo traveler.”

”Our stay at Springhill was awesome. The hotel is immaculate inside and out. Rooms are spotless & very roomy. Beds are super comfortable. It's quiet nobody bothers you. The staff are helpful, Breakfast was one of the best I've had from a hotel. My wife and I will definitely stay here again.”

”Our room was clean and well kept as was the property. We felt comfortable in this area of Surprise AZ. Breakfast had a good variety of selections and the coffee was good! Thank you!”

”Everything was just average. I think the price point for the property is too high. The small single sink and small bathroom with pry marks on rhe door was disappointing. I also sought to upgrade to a king bed but they said none were available. This is odd because on a Tuesday the place was empty. ”

”Interesting but small room. It was clean and had a nice view. The location was perfect. It looks like there's a pretty decent full bar, which was the only reason I chose this place over others. But I was told the bartender called in sick, so they just never opened the bar for the night. The $15/day parking is kind of a scam unless you're there for special event as there's free parking 20 feet away on non-event days.”

Amanda was very pleasant and kind enough to hold my room after my flight delays, which I truly appreciated. Caleb was also very helpful this morning when I needed assistance warming something up. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and the excellent service I received.”
