”I stayed one night on the first floor. It was safe and clean. The shower in my bathroom seemed to be made for someone in a wheelchair (not sure of the other rooms) but it was fine. Water pressure wasn't the greatest but it did the trick. Very quiet. Customer service upon check in and check out was quick and friendly. Breakfast was fresh, efficient and good. ”

”Checked in with Ruben, he was great. The room was clean and well furnished. It was larger than expected, which was nice. The hotel is very nice. The staff was so nice and helpful. I used the guest laundry, the machines worked well, and the space was clean. They provided large pillows, which is so nice. I couldn't figure out how to get the guide on the TV, but the TV worked great. It was in a nice location. They provided a good breakfast. I really enjoyed my short stay. My only complaints are -...

”We first booked for 3 nights but because this place was so awesome we extended our stay for 5 nights. Room was very clean, well equipped, and roomy. Pool was very nice, and there's also good and clean bbq area. Everything was just perfect.”

”The large rooms were fantastic for our large family that consisted of 7 adults and three children in four rooms. The kids love the pool and hot tub and we were able to make a reservation next-door at Texas roadhouse and walk right over once they were able to sit us. The only hiccup came win there was a miscommunication between Expedia and the Hampton and they did not have our reservations, but the Hampton stepped up like champs and gave us foru premium rooms at a great price. ”

”This hotel was really nice, pet friendly and the staff was friendly and helpful. We come to Surprise often to see our grandchildren and this is our favorite place to stay.”
