”Property is dated and needs to be upgraded. The rooms are comfortable but you can hear everything through walls. There were some blood stains inside bathroom wall, shower curtain was old and torn and there was a bunch of hair on the carpet. Check in was easy, location is safe to be around.”

”The property is clean but very neglected. The elevator door opens like molasses, the ice machine doesn't work and when you ask for ice it is not even enough for two drinks. My sister in laws door had to be lifted up in order to close and there were two peep holes one of which was falling out. The vent in our bathroom was half off. The shower door had obviously been broken and just replaced with a curtain. The TV is extremely small and hard to see from the bed. The light from the parking lot also...

”Clean room”

”Receptionist went above and beyond- she checked us in with great efficiency and was very helpful. The lobby was prepared and welcoming. The pool area was well maintained, which made it fun and relaxing. The family room, restroom and shower areas were beyond clean. And everything worked fantastic. I recommend this place highly and will stay here each time I visit. ”

”Due to spring training, prices were high. Honestly, it looked like a prison cell more then a hotel. Had basically nothing.. but I needed a bed. So I guess it did that.”

”Sadly we checked out after 3 of our 4 nights. Property is under renovation (not mentioned in ad) and hallway carpet was filthy. Rooms were okay, but we had to be moved as air conditioner was not working in first room, but then safe and fridge not working in second room. They placed us by the back door which has a broken closure and it banged open/shut all hours. There was a party in the room on the second night and it wasn’t dealt with. Hotel was loud, we had to buy earplugs. No housekeeping...

”I was blown away by the friendliness that I experienced from everyone I ran into. The front staff were super friendly and helpful, as well as were constantly asking if there's anything else that they can help me with. The room was very clean and the bed was superrr comfortable compared to other hotels that I've stayed at. The AC worked amazingly and cooled the room where you could escape from the hot Arizona heat! ”The air conditioner worked awesome and the counter staff was very friendly and helpful. The property itself could use some upgrades especially the door, the security latch didn't work which prompted me to put the nightstand and a chair and my suitcase against the door for security. The hallways were very dark which made it feel unsafe walking to and from our room. ”
