”Roof smelt like cigarette smoke, very minimal breakfast options. Paid for a suite and was a normal size room with another bed crammed in.”

”This place is conveniently located to the Peoria sports complex. We were there for spring training. The hotel is very rundown with wallpaper peeling and walls painted with two different paint colors. The vent in our bathroom was boarded over. They charge a lot of money during the six weeks of spring training, but it’s just not worth it. The only positive I can say is that it’s within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. I wish they would spend some of the money repairing the hotel. ”

”Well I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was awful with limited furniture. If you wanted plates etc you had to contact the front desk. The breakfast was a joke. Pity because the location was very good ”

”I had to stay at this establishment because our home was being worked on and I chose it because it’s newly remodeled. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly. Parking was always available and Air conditioner worked great. And the price during decent per night. ”

The A/C worked well, which was especially important since Phoenix was experiencing record high temps for this time of year. I didn't have to use the kitchenette much, but it was nice to have. ”The housekeeping staff were way behind. I arrived at the hotel at 630pm, and they were still cleaning room. Initially I was told my room was not available, and I'd have to wait about an hour. But Sebastian, the staff member at checkin desk asked me to wait and he went and checked personally and came back and said he had a room. The room was in poor shape. The mattress had little support, initially there was no wash cloth, the toilet backed up and I found a roach in the sink. When I went to check...
