The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Returned to the same hotel the week after our first trip as its conveniently located near the train station. Breakfast is great with a good spread. The room allocated was at the very end thus dragging all our luggages was tricky. Those driving will need park elsewhere.

Overnight stay during travelling
I wanted to stay at Heathrow area within walking distance from terminal 2&3. Beforehand I looked 2 youtube videos how to find Hilton Garden Inn, but still I had to ask 3 times advice from the helpful airport persons. Hotel is old but reasoanbly clean. Breakfast was good, but food could be warmer ...
