Asunnot – Balboa Peninsula Point

”The Host was great. Rooms were clean and nice!. Its in a nice quiet area near a golf course. Found shops nearby for shopping and a nice Nigel Donuts/bakery for breakfast and many other places in Dana Point. Host helped us a beach with free parking and we were able to enjoy a couple of days in a nice quiet area in the hills of Laguna Niguel. It is a Condo which part was converted into a VRBO. ”

”The hosts were very good at responding when we had questions. Our favorite part was the outside patio! We stayed here for about 2 weeks, and we spent hours outside by the fireplace.”

”This was my first time trying out something like this an I was very impressed. Listing was accurate to what we got and the house was very clean. The host is very helpful and responds fast with any questions you may have. Only this we had some trouble with was trying to find the parking garage and getting into the building itself but besides that we had a very great stay!”

”Good parking. OK location. Easy access to the freeway. The gym was definitely a plus. The individual AC in each room was great! The only bad thing was that the floors in the entire unit were very dirty. ”
