”Room wasn’t very clean and it was outdated. Food at the buffets was okay. The beach was beautiful, but had a lot of seaweed. There was staff out trying to clean it up, but it just must be that time of year for it. The ocean was amazing, the nightly shows were not great, karaoke was fun and the house band was really good. I found that a lot of the staff didn’t speak much English which made things more difficult.”

”Clean room, loved all the nice pools. The microwave unfortunate didn’t work. Great amenities, beautiful scenery. Only downside was not being able to get picked up for our excursions from the hotel. We had to go across the street. Very nice and friendly staff. 8/10 overall. ”

”We had a great time ofr my daughters 11th birthday. Pokeman and Scuba Daddy from the entertainment staff were amazing and rest of their crew too. Food, beach and eveything was perfect 10!”

”Lovely all inclusive with amazing beach and pools. Great entertainment during the day and night. The night club is a bit loud but good space and all amenities you could want. The bathroom in the junior suite is a little awkward as it’s all open to the bedroom with a sliding frosted glass door just for the toilet so it’s not super private, the shower area is all open as well so coming out of the shower anyone in bedroom will see you and potentially anyone from the courtyard if balcony door shades...

”Short two-day stay in this gorgeous resort. Otherwise a 5-star resort but the dinner booking system is quite chaotic. Basically they advice you to wait for the arrival to make the table reservations for dinners. We had only one evening there and wanted to book the table beforehands to avoid the buffet dinner. That was extremely difficult although we were told first that it is possible. We discussed with many people before the arrival and all gave different answers - finally we were told that the...

”Staff were extremely attentive to the needs of the guests and energetic. There is always something going on so the guests are never bored. Only thing I can comment about is that the rooms are a bit dated however I didnt mind this since I was out enjoying the resort most of the day and only used the room to sleep and shower.”
