”We loved our stay ay Lopesan Costa Bavaro.. the place is immaculate, workers are constantly tending the beautiful landscape, the staff are always cleaning, everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Food was good everywhere we went. ”My stay at Melia was incredible. From the food options, to cleanliness, the beautiful view and the concierge service. I had no complaints about the trip. Jose, Juan and Zully took excellent care of me for the whole trip and made sure I had all the info and accommodations I needed every single day. ”The few things I didn’t like was the entertainment. There should have been a variety of music. Also the adults only side was really for the adults. There were kids everywhere. Other tan that we had an amazing stay. Food was great we'll be returning! ”

”The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. ”This hotel was a perfect choice for our vacation. The studio was cozy, clean, and came with a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare light meals. The garden pool was peaceful and surrounded by tropical plants, it felt like a little oasis. It only took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which was stunning. We also enjoyed the local restaurants just a short walk away. ”

"Short two-day stay in this gorgeous resort. Otherwise a 5-star resort but the dinner booking system is quite chaotic. Basically they advice you to wait for the arrival to make the table reservations for dinners. We had only one evening there and wanted to book the table beforehands to avoid the buffet dinner. That was extremely difficult although we were told first that it is possible. We discussed with many people before the arrival and all gave different answers - finally we were told that the best restaurant (and only adult only) is closed that evening, and no reason for that provided. Then we got a table from another restaurant, but it was probably the worst of all (all others were full and that one quite empty). Food was quite bad overall, we ate lunch and snack in three different places. I really suggest to pay for the reserved upgrade to get more value for the money - they have exclusive restaurant just for them (Sante) where is a michelin star cook. Otherwise I would say that not good value for money. Food is a big part when talking about all inclusive resorts."
