"Hotel was okay - staff was very competent, professional, helpful. But at least one elevator (of just 3) was out of order. So we ended up using the service elevators⊠once we found out about them. Windows opened, but would not stay open, and there were no screens, at least in our room."

"The staff has dirty uniforms, could not get hot water to make tea to day. Stated the coffees shop is closed on Monday's. Hall floors are not vacuum, glass doors were not cleaned during my total stay. In general poor maintenance."
