”I had a great stay! The hotel building and atmosphere were truly amazing. The bedrooms from 12-17 got quite warm due to poor ventilation in the hallways, so that's something to be aware of. The gym was decent and the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi were a nice bonus. The breakfast was excellent, though the internet connection was a bit spotty. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely stay here again.”

”This is a lovely hotel, very well appointed with generally very helpful staff and lovely rooms and a magnificent building. The only issue we had was with the service at breakfast (no problems with service at dinner at all). We were left standing waiting to be seated for some time as the queue was not really visible to the main dining area and no-one was seemingly assigned to the desk. ”Large and comfortable hotel with very good location near Cabot circus shopping mall and Bristol coach station. The room was not one of those renovated shown at hotel website, but with a older style interior. Anyway very good and comfortable room with iron and ironing table and large comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite decent, but did not really match the hotel´s price level.”

”Beautiful place, with excellent staff. We were unluckily because they celebrate weddings and we arrive with a wedding on-going. The music was fine (not too loud) the guest were fine, normal noise for a wedding. The kids fron the wedding were under our window, playing shouting and screaming (normal for kids) but it was very late night and very early morninig so we did not have too much rest. We will come back but we will make sure is not a wedding day.”

”Booked twin bedded room. Allocated room 35. Room had recently been refurbished. Excellent. Despite a wedding being held there it was quiet and restful. Self service cooked breakfast in morning was very good and staff were constantly on hand to top up on anything. Good choice of different foods. Would stay again in room 35 and any other refurbished rooms. Cannot judge any other rooms. Staff were helpful, attentive and friendly. Just off the M4 is an excellent location for visiting Bath via...

”A really nice hotel in the heart of Bristol. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and tidy rooms with air conditioning. Beds are a tiny bit small for two people but for a short stay this didn’t bother us! If we’re coming back to Bristol for a weekend getaway we will definitely come back! ”
