”Loved this resort! So clean, hospitality was amazing! When a mistake happens, they would go over and beyond to make you happy! Jorge, is really warm and welcoming he was also really quick to respond and knowledgeable. Jorge made us feel like we were his only guest! Ismail always kept us informed about the activities for the day. My kids 12,10 wanna come back next week lol! There was something for all of us! We will definitely be coming back! ”
