Good food but service was a litttle slow, we gather this is a newly opened property so.expected a few 'teething problems. I would recommend having a bell on reception or more presence there by staff as we had to chase them up (out the back of property through kitchen)to check out and pay...not sure everyone would bother?! We did not know beforehand that the Hotel is purpose built to cater for disabled guests and we were expecting a more conventional “beach club” with lounge/bar and restaurant open as a matter of course rather than just on request. ”Do not stay here! As another reviewer said, no-one will service the room. Rubbish is allowed to build up over however many days you are staying there and no bathroom clean. I left halfway. The mattress has deep dips where springs stick out. I had to fill them up with pillows in order to sleep. No receptionist. Just some scruffy old boy moaning about being summoned 'too early'. I paid £68 pn and someone else paid £80 pn. for this. Awful place. Avoid.”
