”Great little hotel with heaps of charm, overlooking the sea. The family room was excellent with 2 bedrooms. Lovely decor and renovated bathroom. Lovely windows with nice view. Good value for money breakfast in the morning which was made to order.”

”The staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom was a little dated but everything functioned well, we had an evening meal which was excellent and the breakfast was cooked to order and wholesome one of the best breakfasts enjoyed. We only stayed one night on our way to Ireland convenient for ferry port of Fishguard.”

Looks very clean and tidy but may need closer attention behind bedside lamps when cleaning as cobwebs seen. Has clothes cupboard meant for children, adult hangers cant fit in it. ”We really enjoyed our stay with The Castle Inn! The team were very welcoming to us and our dogs, the rooms were well presented, clean and comfortable. There is a good selection of local drinks available and the food selection and quality was outstanding! The little things really stood out too, such as the “Hungry Dawg” menu for the four-legged ones, a well presented beer garden for the warmer months and a beautiful restaurant. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit west...

”Good acomodation booked in with the new property owner Kurt, we were the second transaction made on his hotel account, chap by the bar beat us to no 1 position by a matter of minutes, Kurt had recently bought the Castle Hotel friday the 1st of September was his first day so basically hit the road running! He explained theres going to be big changes / improvements over the coming months so watch the space, as a New Zealander the bar area is going to be a sport bar area with some great rugby...
