”Staff was amazing”

”Very nice place, but they were not at all responsive when I attempted to contact them. Also, it's quite a ways up the hill from downtown. Not an easy walk. If you don't have an ebike, they will take you on their golf carts, and it's very convenient if you don't have to be somewhere at a specific time, but the expectation that you tip for every ride is really annoying.”
