Mukava, hyvätasoinen hotelli, jossa erittäin mukava ja palveleva henkilökunta. Sijainti on loistava. Kylpyläosasto on toimiva ja on mukava päästä saunaan ja porekylpyyn hiihtopäivän jälkeen. Kokolattiamatto ainoa huomautettava seikka.

Mukava hotelli lähellä UTMB maaliviivaa
Mukava ja viihtyisä hotelli keskellä kaikkea. Lyhyt kävelymatka kahdelle hissille. Mukava kylpylä kattoterassilla. Mukava henkilökunta. Perinteiset kokolattiamatot huoneissa verottavat siisteyttä vaikkakin yleisilme on hyvin siisti.

Mieletön spa, luokaton netti, pieni huone
Ensin iloiset asiat: Spa-osasto todella poikkeuksellinen lasitetusta saunasta alkaen. Katolla poreallas ja uima-allas sekä niistä näkymät kummallekin puolelle vuoristoa. Todella mieletön paikka viettää rentoa aikaa pitkän laskupäivän jälkeen. Oli tilana jotenkin rauhallinen ja peräti näyttävämpi kuin kuvissa, mikä on harvinaista vuonna 2019. Lisätään positiivisten asioiden listalle vielä iloinen ja innokas asiakaspalvelu. Samoin se tulee mainita erikseen, että Breventin alahissille kävelee kivaan ylämäkeen vain noin 10 minuuttia. Sieltä voi vaihtaa Flegereen yläkautta. Bussit lähtevät käytännössä pihasta. Kaikki palvelut aivan naapurissa. Ohuesti negatiiviset asiat: Hotellin wlan-yhteys täysi vitsi. Ei voi olla noin heikkotasoista nettiä tarjolla 2019. Se on joko priimaa tai sitten sitä ei kannata tarjota lainkaan. Toinen tekijä oli se, että 2 hengen "Comfort - kahden hengen huone" ei täyttänyt mielestäni alan standardeja. Siitä uupui yksinkertaisesti neliöitä tai sitten kävi vain heikko tuuri huonearpajaisissa. Yhtä kaikki: Spa-osaston voimin kuitenkin hintansa väärti. Kukaan ei muista enää kuukauden päästä pientä huonetta tai heikkoa nettiä, vaan sen porealtaan ja kattosaunan.

Excellent stay, excellent location and SPA!
We had really great stay at Park Hotel Suisse & Spa before and after our Tour du Mont blanc. Excellent location in the heart of Chamonix, very close to train station, telecabines, shops and restaurants. Great variety at Breakfast, sweet and salty. Their SPA and Sauna department is excellent!

Huippuhotelli keskellä kaikkea.
Todella viihtyisä hotelli keskellä kaikkea. N. 100m UTMB:n maalista. Huone oli hieman kuuma, mutta hoidettavissa tuulettamisella. Muuten erittäin viihtyisä ja hyvä palvelu. Kattoterassilla pieni allas, poreallas ja kolme saunaa. Näkymät Midille.

Great location
Hotel has a very good location close to restaurants and shops and Brevent cable car. Walking distance to train station. Room was clean, there was a safety-box in the room, bed was ok. Breakfast was really good but way too expensive. Even by Chamonix standards it was too much.

Park hotel suisse
Hotelli oli yllättävän hankala löytää, kóska tomtom ei löytänyt tuota pientä yksisuuntaista tietä ja kävellenkin tarvii tarkkuutta ettei kävele ohi. Henkilökunta oli yllättävän ystävällistä ja aina respan ohikulkiessa kysyivät, että joko on käyty kattoterassin uima-altaalla.. Huone oli pienehko mutta kompakti, vessanpöntölle meno vaatii notkeutta ja taitoa, se oli juntattu ahtaaseen rakoon väärinpäin ja 174 senttinenkin joutuu painimaan lämmityspatterin kanssa.. pyyhkiäkseen täytyy mennä poikittain. Näin siis ainakin tuossa yhdessä huoneessa, jossa piti! olla pikku parvekekkin. Sijainniltaan aivan loistava ja kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä hotelli!.

This hotel is in the center of the city and walkable to all venues even the ski Lyft. Many many restaurants and shopping places in a few minutes walking distance. This property has dry sauna, steam, Jacuzzi and a pool on the roof top. The staff are super friendly as well.

I liked it was in town for restaurants and bus stops. Spa area needs another hot tub as it was difficult to use for the amount of people.

Park Suisse
Great hotel at 10 mins walk from the main bus station (Chamonix Sud). Bus stops to most ski stations are conveniently situated just a few meters away from the hotel so we did not have to walk a long way with our equipment. The hotel is also situated right downtown close to the restaurants and shops which was great for dinner time and off days. The SPA is to die for. The perfect way to end our ski day with the breathtaking rooftop pool and hot tub. Definitely a reason why you should book the hotel. There is not a single day where we did not go to the spa. It is really one of a kind. The hotel has convenient lockers to store your ski equipment, however it did not dry them overnight. We had amazing service from the gentleman at the reception. He was helpful, funny and very nice. Thank you. The rooms are a bit outdated which takes away from the luxurious aspect of the hotel. Also we had to ask for coffee and cream to be refilled every day as it was not done automatically when they cleaned the room which was a bit odd. Thank you Park Hotel

This hotel might have been a 4-star gem a decade ago, but it's showing its age now. The beds are quite small, and the bathroom, especially the hairdryer and showerhead, could use an upgrade. Our attempt at the spa was a bit disappointing – the hammam wasn't working, and the sauna and jacuzzi weren't hot enough. The thin walls meant we could hear everything from our neighbors. On the bright side, the staff is friendly, the location is excellent, and the view is lovely.

Really nice and comfortable rooms and spa with outdoor pool / jacuzzi and two saunas with amazing views. Functional gym with more modern equipment. Staff was so-so and the wifi didn't work on the 5th floor.

Great place to stay. It was easy to get to from the train station and walkable to the excursions we took. The only complaint was the pillow’s weren’t what we were hoping for. The room was also very warm and we had a hard time cooling it off.

Have been guests at this hotel 5 or 6 times through the years for our hiking vacations in the alps. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and efficient and helpful.

The service was attentive. We enjoyed a massage in the the sap area which was excellent. The outdoor hot tub was lukewarm but the sauna's were clean & were at the proper temperatures. The restaurant had limited dinner options and were out of most items when we came to dinner at 7pm

This hotel isnt clean and smell of odor. When we ask for changing room, they said they r fully booked while we saw people still coming and checking in. They didnt agree to give us refund and charge us 660 usd for 2 night we even didnt stay. This place is scam. Be carefull
