”The staff was very nice and the common spaces in the hotel were clean and nicely kept. The breakfast was good. There are two reasons the hotel only earns three stars. First, the outlets in our bathroom did not work. It took two complaints to the front and over 24 hours from the first complaint to get it fixed. Second, the hotel cleans the rooms every other day, which sounds reasonable. However, our room was not cleaned during our stay Sat - Tuesday. Our two small trashcans were overflowing...

”The hotel is conveniently located to Downey Landing, a brisk 10 minute walk. It is also right next to a liquor store, Carl's Jr., and a burger joint where the club sandwich was yummy. The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the fridge and microwave. The only thing was that the wifi was a little slower than I would've like it. However, I would definitely stay here again. The staff is nice and friendly, and checking in and out was super easy.”

”The room was dirty and you can tell nobody cleans. You couldn’t walk barefoot. They were stains behind the bed. We even had to ask the front desk for clean towels because you tell they were dirty. The staff was no surprise.”
