”All of the staffs were very helpful and friendly, but the management are in the process of renovating everything in that property. When we first checked in we were put in a temporary room, because the the television in that room was broken and the lights by the bed were not working.”

”Enjoyed breakfast with choices of coffee, juices, breads, eggs, yogurt and cereal every morning. Good service shows up in how staff respond to issues that can come up from to time. our shower drain leaked and they changed us to another room so they can repair the leak without disturbing our guest experience. Thank you!!!”

”Staff is hit or miss. I have had the kindest and most helpful, but I have also had the most ridiculously rude staff. Aside from that though, the pool is decent, they have outdoor seating for eating and they have the BEST food just across the street. They are a favorite for people cruising out of Long Beach. We will stay there again. I just wish they would get rid of the nasty staff : (”

”Room was clean but the AC filters were disgusting and full. It clogged the shower trying to rinse them out. Shower gel in shower was completely empty. Other than that, room was very clean and parking was perfect. Staff was exceptional as always.”

”We had a great stay with the family. The room was nice with own kitchen. The only minus was that towels, swimming gear etc. didn’t dry very quickly as there was no balcony or other place to dry them, but the room was still very good for us. Nice breakfast and the pool area was really good.”
