”The staff was very nice and the common spaces in the hotel were clean and nicely kept. The breakfast was good. There are two reasons the hotel only earns three stars. First, the outlets in our bathroom did not work. It took two complaints to the front and over 24 hours from the first complaint to get it fixed. Second, the hotel cleans the rooms every other day, which sounds reasonable. However, our room was not cleaned during our stay Sat - Tuesday. Our two small trashcans were overflowing...

”The room was dirty and you can tell nobody cleans. You couldn’t walk barefoot. They were stains behind the bed. We even had to ask the front desk for clean towels because you tell they were dirty. The staff was no surprise.”

”We canceled our reservation and found another hotel for the night. The reviews left for this hotel were not relevant because the rooms smelled like smoke, were small and we did not feel safe. People should not believe all reviews left on Expedia and do further investigation before booking at an hotel.”

”When I have to travel to Bellflower this place is my stay of choice. Always clean and quiet. Very nice staff. I think they should add microwaves in rooms as an ammentity”

”Very clean and friendly staff but the king size bed was very hard and the pillows were flimsy . Close to a major freeway which was convenient for us. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. Room can definitely use a reno but was ok for the price. The breakfast was just ok. Very good coffee. There was construction going on and a lot of big rigs in the small parking lot but surprisingly not noisy at all. All in all was just ok for a first trip to LA. Will look for somewhere less commercial...

”You get what you pay for here. It’s economical but this place really needs some upgrading. I also got a non smoking room yet the room had that cigarette odor lingering. It was very spacious & clean though. ”

”The Hotel is great the area is perfect Walmart is literally one mile away. The Hotel is clean and the area it’s located in is very clean and not full of foot traffic decor in the rooms is awesome. I will be staying back each time when I get back to visit. And the Staff I met very very Professional and kind.”

”Parkwest bicycle casino was nothing short of amazing. The staff for all areas were nice and very helpful. The valet was very organized and security made us feel safe 24/7. The cute decorations and furniture made us comfortable and made us feel fancy whiles staying in Los Angeles! This was a great hotel!”
