”There was a huge cockroach in the room and the jets of the spa made water spray everywhere in the room. Also it was dusty as if it had not been cleaned. Also at night it was very rowdy. Likely not returning and would not recommend. ”

”When I got there to check in for a room I had already reserved, I was given three different room keys and asked to check them out to see if they were clean. Two of the rooms were occupied and the other was locked. The staff promised me a refund after, which I have yet to receive. Overall, service was very unprofessional. The staff member helping me even suggested that the people in line behind me go with me to check the rooms.”

”The breakfast bar was so-so. No waffles, limited bread & English muffin choices. The toaster took a long time toasting. The eggs and sausages were nicely presented and refilled quickly. Every trip to the pool required a trip to the front desk to obtain clean towels. The towel area lacked clean towels. ”

”Sent your location to the Long Beach airport, attentive staff with their breakfast buffet, clean pool and Jacuzzi with generous hours of operation, electric car, charging on site and easy parking. Would recommend for solo female travelers.. ”

”We had a great stay with the family. The room was nice with own kitchen. The only minus was that towels, swimming gear etc. didn’t dry very quickly as there was no balcony or other place to dry them, but the room was still very good for us. Nice breakfast and the pool area was really good.”
