”Perfect setup in great neighbourhood”

”Although it was nice, the apartment was not the one in the pictures, a little deceiving and also was not told that it was on 2 levels. The communication with the host was not great, there were no instructions in the apartment about anything (we looked everywhere for the washer/dryer only to be told on the last day that it was in the basement of the building and you have to download an app to use it.)I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and my son has owned several, so I would suggest to the host to...

”Not a big review writer but I do read a lot of them before I book. So I do feel obligated to say this place is horrible, value your money and just book a hotel room, sleep in van it will be more comfortable than this place. Don't know where to start, bathroom door are swinging doors that have a gap in it, no towels, no storage, horrible beds...”
