Palatsi: Ylellisyys Koko perheen asuminen nauttii!

Tule nauttimaan Lounais-Michiganin upeista rannoista monien sisällä 12 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Kaksi päärantaa ovat Silver Beach, joka sijaitsee St. Josephissa, ja South Beach, joka sijaitsee South Havenissa, ja monet muut ympäröivät aluetta. Kotimme on lepää rauhallisessa ympäristössä. Ylellinen 2 makuuhuoneen Master-sviitti ja (toinen on avoin konseptitila) nukkuu 3 lisätilaa ilmapatjoilla jopa 13 vieraalle. Nauti omasta yksityisestä kannestasi uima-altaan yläpuolella. Alle 50 punnan lemmikkieläimet tervetulleita lisävakuuden kanssa. Siellä on 3 erillistä asuintilaa. Vieraamme ovat edellä kuvatussa West Wing -sivustossa. East Wing on täysin erillinen sisäänkäynti. Asumme toisinaan äiti-oikeudellisessa sviitissä Kaukoidän puolella omaisuutta. Elämme yleensä veneellämme kesäviikonloppuisin. Tulimme kotiin tarkistamaan sisäänkirjautuneiden vieraiden määrä, jotta voimme olla varmoja siitä, että summa vastaa maksettua summaa.
Koska kiinteistö on 14 000 neliöjalkaa, toimitamme ulko- ja autotalli-alueiden kameroita, voit seurata niitä omasta 36 tuuman televisiosta. Tämä on niin, että tiedät aina, missä ystäväsi ja perheesi ovat. Ne voivat olla etu-, sivu- tai takapihalla. Ne voivat olla koripallokentällä tai uima-altaalla. Beautiful property with nice amenities. I did not understand that the showers and most bedrooms are all upstairs. So if anyone in your group is disabled, they will not be able to shower. There is one bed on the lower level. The host was good to work with. If we stayed in this area again, we would rent. I recommend for family and friends gatherings.

The house was well stocked with all utensils, pots, and pans and spices. There wasn't a dining room table in the main part of the house which made it difficult for a family meals. The beds were comfortable but one bedroom had lots of dog hair on the bed. The pool and hot tub was very nice and refreshing.

My friends and I had a lovely stay! The house was great, and the pool and amenities were top-notch. Keith, the owner, was a little difficult to get in contact with, but his son was around the property and was able to help. Overall, we had an amazing weekend. I have recommended the property to a few friends as well!

Large property with pool

On the positive side the property is very spacious and has a great outdoor space with a patio and pool. The house is split into a two bedroom apartment with a large party room, separated by the garage from the main house with five more bedrooms. Read the fine print regarding extra charges for 6• people or you will not get the access code. Also whole place feels really cluttered with owners personal effects.

Amazing house for a large group

We stayed for a bachelorette party here and the pictures don’t do the place justice! It is absolutely gorgeous and has everything needed. We enjoy every second of our stay and would recommend to anyone who’s looking to stay in but have endless activities

Great place and amenities were wonderful. It has it all. Only complaint was the bed we slept in was a bit uncomfortable and we wish there was a way to get from one area to the other without going up and down the 21 stairs.

Horrible

The owners are living in the same building, they have personal belongings all over the house. Not to mentioned they have cameras all over the house inside and outside. We didn't feel comfortable because we thought they were watching us every second. They made us pay more money because some friends visited us even though they didn't spend the night there. They didn't have propane tanks for us there to use. It was an all-around a horrible experience. I wish i can get my money back. I didn't even get my deposit back for not breaking anything.

Grandson College Graduation Event

It was very comfortable and had everything you needed when it came to household supplies and equipment. Once I met Keith in person he was very accommodating and made himself available when we needed him. We had a great time and treated the property as if it was our very own.

Family vacation at the Palace

We had a fantastic time at the Palace. The property is spacious, and we had plenty of room for our family. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the family immensely enjoyed the pool. The water was warm, and the kids were swimming at 9am in the morning. I would highly recommend the Palace as a vacation destination.

Pool was great! Lots of space to spread out. Plenty of outdoor seating. Kids really enjoyed the pool table and video game machine. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and dishes to cook for and feed large group.

Family Christmas in June at the Compound!

Beautiful Property, Very Clean, and had everything we needed for our stay! We had 15 in our group and pets and there was plenty of space for all! We Loved the Pool and the layout of the access to the refrigerator and freezer next to the pool. The upstairs was a great gathering spot for everyone with the billiards table, 80" TV, huge couch and massage chair. I definitely would reccomend this Property for 2 people or Large Groups!!

Great Stay!

This please was perfect for a big family to stay. We had 12 adults and 2 children and we fit perfectly. The extra loft above the garage is beautiful and a great place for everyone to hang out if it’s raining with games, tv, massage chair, and pool table. When the weather was nice, we had a spacious pool area with a grill and plenty of chairs. The host, Keith, was very responsive with any questions that we had and the place was clean when we arrived. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Getaway Location

We had a great time. The property was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The host was available when we needed assistance or had questions. It wasn't too far from St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area so we were able to pop in and out for some shoreline fun. I would definitely seek out this property again should I look at being in the area.

Great Place to Stay in Colomo, MI

We all had a great time at this property, which was enormous. Two kitchens, which was incredible. Keith was very proactive in his communication with us and incredibly responsive with any questions we had. The property had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home. This was a family trip for our 50th anniversary. We had a great long weekend. The property was close to Lake Michigan and quiet. Our Hosts were responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed all of the amenities.

Creepy cameras and drunk Host just showed up uninvited

I stayed here with a group of women for a bachelorette party and I would not recommend that anyone stay here. There are cameras all over the property that are just super creepy. The host claims it is for our safety, but there is no proof he is not watching them. The host showed up on our first night extremely intoxicated when a group of women were in the hot tub. He made a comment about “dropping his pants” and said he wanted to provide shots from his “private liquor cabinet” and needed “one girl to come up with him to get the alcohol." It was nothing short of unacceptable. When I asked the host to leave, he walked across the lawn and entered the same house we were staying in, just from separate entrance. He was on the other side of a wall from us. I called VRBO immediately, to which they told me the host should NOT be on the property unless they are there to correct an issue and you have communicated with the host about their presence. They attempted to contact the host and his wife, but were unsuccessful. The only solution VRBO had for me was to “leave the property” or to “call the authorities if I felt unsafe”. The host showed up the next morning still drunk and gave an insincere apology, all while still overstaying his welcome. The only thing that saved our weekend was 1. The host finally left Friday afternoon and said he wouldn’t be back until Sunday and 2. His son who we met when he came to mow the lawn, was extremely kind and respectful. Do not stay at this property.
