”This tiny farmhouse is so cute. Perfect for a couple. I cook a lot and there were no measuring cups, no lids for pots, no racks for the multipurpose airfrier toaster oven. Cooking was a challenge, im glad i brought my own cast iron pan. Other than that, we loved it. It's very close to hiking and the river.”

”The GPS is a little off, the driveway to get to the spot is right before the junction of highways 21 and 16. A beautiful spot with magnificent views. I appreciate the coffee pot and the bundle of firewood and the King size bed is comfy. Emily and Kayla made the stay easy. I will be back, when its a bit warmer.”

”My husbands family is from Oark. We love to go down for the weekend. It was our first time in a cabin cause it was gonna storm. Best desicion ever! I think this may be our go to place down here. It excedded our expectations! And the host is amazing. Great communication.”

”This is a beautiful, historic property! Keith, the owner, has done a fantastic job of renovating an 1891 school house into an amazing vacation rental. ”Great house for 5-6 people. Has everything you need for your stay: utensils, pans, grill, charcoal, etc. It was to warm to light the fire pit but it was a cozy setup. We took our dad for Father's Day to see the Elk. Every morning Elk were across the road, we could see them from the porch! Great stay❤️”

”This property is one of my favorites because we got married here but also because there isn’t any cell signal or WiFi here. Being disconnected from technology helps to focus on being present and connecting with the people you’re with! I also love how close it is to hiking and water. ”Property is in great condition, well stocked and comfortable. Very good wifi and at the cabin, i had good T-Mobile reception. The property is out in the country, fairly isolated so its really quiet. The hiking in the surrounding area is very good and there's a nice hike that starts just feet from the cabin. Bottom line, we were there for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. ”

”There were wood roaches in the home and we slept in our vehicle both nights. The owner did spray the interior for bugs a few hours after I notified them, but we continued to see live roaches in the house and chose to sleep in our vehicle instead. Other than the roaches, the view from the front porch was amazing!”
