"Really convenient if you're travelling by train to Newcastle as it's only two minutes away from the station. Clean comfortable rooms in a really quite grand old building. Good breakfast on offer in the restaurant which is open all day. Good value hotel imo."

"Great hotel. Swimming facilities lovely. Grounds immaculate and even a wee play park for kids. Only thing that spoilt things slightly was the service in the Antler bar.
