”Did not meet expectations. When I got there requested a bigger room. The penthouse suite is what I got and they said that was the best room. Family that we traveled with got a family suite which would have been more suitable for my family’s needs. Did not like our room. Check in staff was not helpful and confusing. Food was ok. Staff seemed unapproachable and was not helpful when needed. Did not enjoy my stay here. Definitely will not be returning.”

” Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. ”

”We just had an okay time. The hotel is understaffed, they need more servers at the buffet and at the pool. It took a while to get our drinks. Pool seemed like it could be cleaned more. We stayed at atelier play Mujeres and secrets maroma and had a better time at those hotels.”

”The hotel area is gorgeous! There's lot's of stuff to do and beautiful paths, cenotes etc. Staff is friendly. Lots of different animals in the area.
Food was a major disappointment. Some of the menus of the restaurants on their website are from before the covid. Best food was probably the breakfast.
Its expensive to go to city center (taxi around 18dollars one way) but still i recommend to go there and eat some authentic Mexican food! Go a few blocks away from the main tourist road and you...

”It was a great experience! I would say that rooms need an update. The was water leak in the bathroom, our phone shower wouldn’t stay in its place, and there were tiny ants crawling around the bathroom sink.
With all that said, room wad clean and we had a comfortable bed.
I liked the private pool in our area.”
