”Staff lovely, polite and helpful. Room was spotless and comfortable. It's a beautifully set up hotel and well worth a visit. Our stay coincided with a breakfast with Father Christmas (in not American, so i dont say "Santa" and it was lovely seeing the children all excited. I definitely recommend Rainhill Hall. ”

”Stayed there for a wedding and the pumps were broke so flat drinks were served all day/night, nothing was done about it and food at the wedding was served without notification so we had none.”

”From the moment we checked in to when we checked out the staff and facilities were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was delicious. The breakfast was the standard options of a full English along with continental options which were all fresh and tasty. We made use of the pool which whilst unmanned was clean, tidy and inspected at regular intervals.”
