Definitely Coming back!

It felt like a cozy home, the kids loved it. Just wanted to stay home in the pool and game room. There’s a great amount of space in each bedroom. The communication was top tier with the owner. The house was stocked up with everything we needed!

False advertising

Roaches were found throughout the house, mainly in the kitchen. We had to rewash everything upon arrival couldn’t leave anything out had to stash all our food inside of the refrigerator at night all of the amenities like coffee and other things could not be trusted. Backyard looks like it was only halfway finished Games inside of game room not fully functional only ping-pong table worked can’t really mess that up. Two out of four TVs worked, which apparently is OK to the host because only one is listed so that is the excuse for the others not working. Offered a partial refund which didn’t even cover The cleaning cost of the host. They tried to say that the roaches were “ Common” which Is hilarious that was according to their “handyman“. No extra blankets or towels had to call for those as well. Host is definitely lacking pride in his property so many simple things that could be done to make all the difference not worth the PRICE, they are Charging to stay!

Very happy campers

Perfect Trip

Plenty of room and amenities. The pool and spa were excellent. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty in the kitchen for us to do our Thanksgiving meal. Thank you!

Excellent stay

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property for 5 nights. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and it was stocked with everything a traveler would need while staying there. Communication with the host was excellent and he was very responsive to all questions. The pool and spa were fantastic and an excellent way to end the day! I would definitely recommend staying there - just keep in mind it’s a bit of a drive into Palm Springs, but a great middle point if also planning to enjoy Joshua Tree.

Amenities and accommodations galore

Apart from being in a Windy City and away from the desert cities, this house is great. Bob is super responsive to any needs. The kitchen is very well stocked and the whole house is very comfortable. We took advantage of the nearby hot springs hotel and spa and enjoyed the several mineral hot springs fed pools. ($5 day on Tuesdays for seniors!) We put a lot of miles on the car going to and fro to the various desert cities for activities and sites. The hot tub was easy to heat and very enjoyable. The game room was under utilized during our stay unfortunately. The weather was pretty cool and do the room was kinda cold.

Amazing Stay at SnowBird Sanctuary!

We had an amazing stay at SnowBird Sanctuary. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The game room was a huge hit with the kids. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the perfect temperature. The kids didn't want to leave the house. The location was perfect and check-in was seamless. You can tell the owner has a lot of experience with short term rentals and no details were overlooked. We will definitely be back.
