”Love this resort!! The beach is great can snorkel with sea turtles right in front of the palace. The pools are amazing the rooms are very big great for a family of four. The food at the restaurants and buffet were excellent. Wish they wouldn’t have trimmed all the Palm trees at the palace so there was more shade like the rest of the beach. ”Great new hotel with the best location in Playa del Carmen. Room was comfortable and spacious. Beach, shops, many good restaurants very short walking distance away + big supermarket downstairs. ”Nice new hotel in Playa del Carmen, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. Rooms are comfortable with full kitchens and staff is friendly. Pool area is beautiful but it’s good to know that the rooftop has a cover over sunbeds (not best for sunbathing).
