I expected a lot but was slightly disappointed.
- Check-in and check-out worked well and staff was very helpful.
- Vallet parking was helpful but getting my car took way too long time
- Room was very nice and spacious but bed was horrible, way too soft to get a good sleep
- Housekeeping worked but on check-out date a bit too pushy to get us out, even before check-out time
- Breakfast - food was excellent but had to wait to get the table about 20min and service (to get tea, orange juice, bill) was very slow

Great stay for golf enthusiast
Lisätty 17.1.2018 Hotelsn sivustollaIf you like golf this is the place to stay in Miami. When it comes to the hotel and service everything was top notch. Restaurants were good but expensive. Golf courses were in exceptional condition. Blue Monster is a bucket list material for all the golf enthusiasts. Cheaper green fees after 1pm.

Lisätty 1.3.2017 Hotelsn sivustollaOltiin viikko hotellissa ja nautittiin hotellin kaikista antimista. Oikein hyvä kokonaisuus, hyvät ruuat ja hyvä palvelu, erityisesti mainitaan Alexander Alfonso sekä Roman.
Ainoana miinuksena liina pehmeät sängyt, selkä tuli molemmilla kipeäksi, ratkaisuna patjojen kääntäminen osoittautui oivaksi ratkaisuksi.
