A cozy and tidy hotel located on a charming side s
We stayed at Villa Sigurata for three nights in July 2023. The rooms matched the descriptions. The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a comfortable place to rest after long walks in the scorching city. The hotel owner, Nikolina, was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a lot of useful advice. I highly recommend taking the airport transfer through the hotel, as the price is not much different from, for example, Uber, and the taxi driver assists with carrying the luggage and finding the exact location (Google Maps doesn't always work well on narrow alleys). A strong recommendation for Villa Sigurata – if we come to Dubrovnik again, we will definitely stay at the same place!

Lovely place
Excellent location, room was very tidy and in good condition. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, what ever came to our mind to ask. We are happy to recommend this place to anybody, except maybe for the ones with limitations due to lots of stairs. Dubrovnik is the place to see!

Hotelli oli pieni idyllinen majoitusliike vanhan kaupungin muurien sisäpuolella. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja pitivät paikat siistinä. Huoneen luovutuksenkin jälkeen hotellin keittiö oli käytettävissämme. Hotelli sijaitsee hyvin kapean kadun varrella, jonka sijaintia on hankala löytää. Kannattaa selvittää etukäteen reitti sinne, koska vanhan kaupungin sisällä ei ole ajoneuvoliikennettä, eli taksi ei voi viedä hotellille.

We send to all our guests welcome letter and we send direction how to reach us or I always suggest to take our pick up service from the airport which cheaper and easy. Mukava majapaikka hyvällä sijainnilla
Hyvä sijainti vanhassa kaupungissa lähellä kaikkea. Kylpyhuone oli melko pieni, vaikka huone muuten oli hyvin tilava. Käytettävissä keittiö. Huoneessa kaunis sisustus ja kaikki vaikutti äskettäin remontoidulta.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was really nice and clean and the hotel was in good and quiet location in the old town. It might be a little bit tricky to find this hotel if you're visiting Dubrovnik for the first time.

Very nice and friendly guesthouse in the old town
This was one of the best stays I have had! The guesthouse is nice and clean, I got a bright and cosy room. The service was perfect - friendly and very helpfull. The last day I got a key for the frontdoor, so I could leave my luggage and use the facilities (toilet and kitchen) after check-out. The guesthouse is situated right in the old center of Dubrovnik with short distances to everywhere in the old town. Everything was just perfect - I would definately check in here again if I come back to Dubrovnik.

Viihtyisä majapaikka vanhan kaupungin sydämessä
Majapaikan pitäjällä on 13 huoneistoa ympäri kaupunkia. Pieni juuri uudistettu kaksiomme oli rauhallisella kujalla aivan vanhan kaupungin keskustassa. Alakerrassa oli pieni keittiö riittävin varustein ja tarjolla kahvia, teetä ja keksejä. Palvelu oli erinomaista ja saimme apua kuljetus- ja valuutanvaihtoasioissakin. Olimme työkaverin kanssa varsin tyytyväisiä, sillä pieni huone hyvällä paikalla ja joustava palvelu oli juuri sitä, mitä kaipaisimme.

The room wasn't in the address which was given, but the owner took us there and gave many tips for our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner was really hospitable. The house was newly renovated and the rooms looked really nice (We had opportunity to choose one of two rooms). The bathroom was a bit narrow, but otherwise functional. The room was good sized and it had window to narrow alley. You couln't keep the window blinds much open (to give light) cause there is window just opposite. There was also fridge in the room which is handy. In the down stairs was a small breakfast room. We didn't use it though, but might be handy to someone. Ask room from second floor if u dont want to climb stairs. There is no elevator. The front door was a bit tricky. Anyhow we were really pleased for our stay in Villa Sigurata.

Perfect location inside the old city walls. Steps to wall access, restaurants, museums, bars, yet very quiet. Beautiful building on a quaint little alley. Staff was very helpful and had lots of recommendations for making the most of our time. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and a lovely place. Clean, stylish and comfortable. Nikolina was a very warm and kind host. I felt very safe in this place. Was soundproofed I think to best ability being in the old city, with high quality windows. If you need silence wear ear plugs or do not book a place in the old city. Also you must carry your suitcases to the place through the busy town, but this is part of the charm for me, not as easy for people with mobility challenges but they do offer airport pick up and will help you.

旧市街の中にあるアパルトマンなので、お土産が重くなった時にちょっと置きに戻ったりでき、便利な立地でした。また、オーナーの方とも事前にショートメールでやりとりできたのでチェックインもスムーズでしたし、ドゥブロブニクの見所やおすすめのお店も教えたので助かりました。 建物も趣があり、お部屋もとても可愛かったです。テレビで楽天TVを見られたのは嬉しい驚きでした。(NetflixやAmazonプライムもありました)

Great spot with great hosts
We loved Dubrovnik overall and spent quite a bit of time in old town. Nikolina and Luca could not have been better hosts. The accommodations were exactly as illustrated and very comfortable. The directions to find Villa Sugurata were also excellent although they weren't required since Nikolina met us at Ploce Gate and led us to the villa after her husband Luca had met us at the airport and brought us right to here. She was a warm and welcoming host with lots of tips and information to share about the area and Croatia in general. Based on this stay we would love to return to Croatia and if we're in Dubrovnik we know where we'll be staying!

What a wonderful host Nikolina was - very friendly, approachable and helpful !! The Old Town of Dubrovnik is so beautiful and magical and this property couldn’t have been situated better for my wife and I !! We used the transport to & from the airport, driven by her husband Luca and this proved to be so much easier than being dropped off by a taxi and not knowing where to go - obviously we still had to do a bit of walking, as there are no cars allowed in this part of town !! The room we had was lovely and clean and was a lovely haven for us to return to each day !! Thanks Nikolina & Luca you were great !!

The unit is the old town. Finding the place can be a challenge during a day and nearly impossible at night. Fortunately, the host will meet you at the Pila and get you to the place. You can walk, use the bus to get around the town or go to the top of the hill, if you are looking for a nice hike and view. Bring water!

Our host was fabulous! We were at the property for less time than expected, but Nikolina made us feel right at home. She provided us with lots of useful information about Dubrovnik. That helped us better enjoy the city. The unit was in excellent condition and very clean. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

You made booking last second and you didn’t know that you can’t reach Villa Sigurata by car. Old town is pedestrian zone only. You didn’t reply to my welcome letter even I supose you didnt read it. If you replied to me earlier than all your problems would be resolved. I could find even cheaper parking for you. We don’t have parking and it is written on the site and expensive parking place is not the reason to be mentioned in the review of Villa Sigurata.If you follow my directions it is easy to come to Villa Sigurata even with big luggage but if you are lost I will always help and find you and take you to Villa Sigurata.I hope to see you again at Villa Sigurata.All the best,

Only about 10 stairs to get there. I like being 3 minutes away from busy area, not in it! Opposite side from main gate, so very close to waterfront. Bit confusing to find, behind the cathedral and up through a wide path with restaurant tables in it. Had to put actual street address in Google, then had to phone owner to get in ( evening arrival, she came as phone was ringing)

Great accommodations, close to everything in old town. Nikolina the owner was amazing and super helpful with a wealth of information. She was warm and welcoming. I would absolutely stay with her again.

Right in the center of old town. Knowledgeable and helpful owner. Perfect for us. Enjoyed being in the center of things with great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Small inn with warm hospitality
A small inn in the heart of the Old City, this place is well located so you can walk everywhere. We were worried it would be noisy but it’s not, since it’s located on a tiny street. It was clean and tidy. The couple who run it are very helpful. The husband picked us up at the airport (E40) which was wonderful after a long trip, and our room was ready early. Nicolina our hostess spoke English well and had excellent suggestions. Highly recommend.
