”We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

”From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. ”Rooms are very spacious. Mostly stone and granite. No nasty carpet. We really liked the large shower. The room was well stocked with drinks and snacks. The activity team was very good. They are friendly and energetic. There are so many activities to enjoy. Note there is a lot of the sargassum seaweed which prevented turquoise waters but much of the Yucatán peninsula has this issue. Beach still usable. Bring nice clothes for dinner as a dress code applies. We enjoyed the Asian, Indian, Spanish...

No need to worry about sound nuisance because you do hear some music from a nearby bar but it was definitely not bothering us. The hotel is nearby the town center and all the restaurants.
