”Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar im Dschungel und ist somit auch ein sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Ort. Wir haben dort sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen und es gibt auch eine größere Auswahl zum Frühstück, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Unser Zimmer war ok, es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und haben sich für die Tiere vor Ort begeistert. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber vollkommen ausreichend für eine Durchreise.”

”We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

”This place. has completely gone DOWNHILL! I was here back in 2019, and it was actually lovely. Now the rooms barely have AC, everything is constantly broken, safe, TV, tv remotes etc. My first day there, they gave me ZERO washclothes and I had to ask the Maid service on two separate occasions to bring me some. The ONLY nice thing I can say about this resort is the pool entertainment, they are AWESOME and kept our minds off of how beaten down this place was!”

”This is the second time we have been here. It is a beautiful resort. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Their restaurants have amazing food. It is a quiet resort. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of music at the pool. They only had it during a water workout class. They had it playing at the one pool, but it was so low no one could hear it. We did stay in the privilege section and although did not use the beach area or quite pool we still feel everything else included was worth it.
