Stayed at this hotel overnight whilst awaiting to collect our dog following surgery. Hotel set in it's own grounds,we were woken by blackbirds. Room very clean and both bed linen and bath linen,first class, soft and fluffy. Staff very kind and professional. Food well prepared and very good dinning room. Glorious views from all rooms. Recommend, away from it all

The staff from the moment we walked in was amazing, very friendly, polite and helpful. The room was amazing amd the whole place overall was incredible. Definitely recommend to anyone.

The property is lovely however the rooms could do with a refurb. The carpets are old and marked, mould around the windows and bathroom. Shower was cold, no hot water from the shower. Shower head was on a tilt facing the wall so you had to swivel around to get under it. Food was lovely. Staff very friendly. T.V had limited Channels so couldn’t watch Netflix or anything. Quilt could do with being changed as was flat like a blanket no softness in it and same for the pillows.

Second time staying and managed to walk around the grounds - strangely I was in the same room and walls are thin but comfortable stay and great staff.

Lovely hotel
Great stay, loved every moment, room was nice and clean, bathroom spotless, food was nice hot and tasty Couldnt fault Carol and tom in the bar even though they were busy they still managed to have a little natter about our stay

Breakfast was a disaster
Hayden is a credit to the establishment unlike the young girl that eventually checked me in…stood ages as she checked a man in…then tried to belittle me in a fake condescending accent when I asked if I could have a robe and slippers&a charger for my mobile if any…straight up no with a dipped tone and an impolite shake of the head…with a smirk on her face! Then she reverted back to her own accent & began whispering and laughing about me to the young waiter&waitress as I sat at 2 cluttered tables beside reception at the real fire…with 2 logs burning on it…I asked a more mature looking young man if I could borrow a robe&slippers&charger&he smiled and said certainly and immediately went to get them…I replied I knew you’s would have them…your colleague said she didn’t! And thanked him…I then asked her whilst I waited on them if she could give me a tray&cloth to clear the tables! She hesitantly said she would get someone who eventually arrived&clattered&banged as she removed the littered tables against her will…she never returned to clean them…I said again to the young girl it would be nice to get them wiped so the next person could sit in comfort…she gave me a snyd smirk..after having to change rooms due to the shower water going all over the tiled floor…the 2nd room was more spacious but tired and dated…the teddy on the bed didn’t have a price tag which was misleading.i sat in the bar for dinner which was lovely! Then couldn’t sit at the fire as someone was sitting there

Heading into Wales.
Hete for work again. Amazing grounds and the hotel looks great as you arrive. Greeting by a very nice chap who let me have my room a bit before 3pm. Reception area very nice. Room was upstairs. No issues with it at all. The big long black hair on my towel on the bed was not so good. Room was comfortable. Good free WiFi as well. Dinner was nice but took a while to pay and had to get the bill amended as it was in wrong although greatly in my favour. Breakfast was lovely. Easy check out. Will i use this hotel again. Yes i think i will.

I loved staying here!
Beautiful hotel, lovely and quiet. Staff were fantastic - helpful, friendly, polite. Comfortable bed in clean room. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was great. I travel quite a lot, and this was one of the nicest hotel experiences I've had. I would definitely come back to this hotel the next time I'm in the area.

Inglewood Manor is a real traditional country house type of hotel, the place looks great and the staff were very friendly, prices were very reasonable and the room was large and comfortable, the breakfast was the highlight though, done really quickly to my preference and piping hot, superb. I will definitely be back

No wifi and TV channel availability not great
You can't have a hotel room in this day and age without wifi edpecially at a hotel that has poor phone reception. The TV has facility for Netflix, Prime Video, etc but they all can't be used due to the lack of internet signal. It surely isn't that hard to fix a few routers throughout the corridors even if the building is listed

We stayed in the cosy bedroom. It was a last minute decision. Was made up it had a bath, not a lot of places seem to have baths. Unfortunately no fridge in room, only because I like to take my plant milk.

So exterior of the hotel & grounds look good, room was OK. Hallways could do with some paining, alot of woodwork & banisters with wear. Breakfast, fresh fruit on the menu, but not present. Full English with cumberland sausage, wasn't cumberland. If you want any alternative, e.g. pancakes = +supplement charge. Eggs Royal = Supplement charge. Beer at the bar in the evening = + service charge (Discretionary ....!) I didn't have dinner but presume there was the +service charge there also. I had a small VIP voucher/credit to apply to my booking, was not recognised at check-out, so had to question it to get it applied. Good job I did in the end as I wasn't given the option to check my bill & they had charged wrong room onto wrong cards, so had to wait for re-charging to my C.C. ( still waiting for the real copy invoice which was to be sent by e-mail 2 days ago) Not a good experience for me.
