”I would give zero stars if I could. Do NOT stay at Hotel Henri NY. I was overcharged by more than $1,000, and after months of trying to get this corrected, I still have not received a refund. I have contacted them repeatedly, and the lack of accountability is shocking. Management has completely refused to communicate with me—no callbacks, no real responses, nothing. It’s been months of being ignored over a very serious billing issue. This isn’t just bad customer service—it feels outright...

”Friendly service when I checked in late at night. I have nothing bad to say about this place, but maybe showers need doors, water kinda gets all over. My departure flight was late in the evening so I left my luggage for them to store for a few hours, nice service there :) I enjoyed my stay, helpful staff and smiley faces that made me feel welcome. Would stay again :)”

”Loved my stay at Tempo. Gorgeous and decent sized room. Very clean and quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Most touristy stuff is walking distance and easy access to the subway. No complaints, definitely staying here again!”

”So crowded that it toook you like 20 min to get an elevator in the morning. No place to sit or take a call in the lobby because it was full of travelers suitcases. Breakfast was also below average and always so crowded that it was hard to get anything to eat or for example toast your bread. ”

”Room was nicely updated. Beds were small and uncomfortable though. You could see light coming in from around the door that led to the hallway- as a result, you could clearly hear everyone walking by. VERY small elevator. The hotel was very convenient to everything in the Times Square area though!”
