”Not wheelchair friendly and could use either an elevator or a ramp. Taking suitcases up n down the stairs was a hassle. Location was good and breakfast was standard.”

”I haven’t stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn for a very long wand now it’s my new favorite cost efficient hotel. I used to prefer the Courtyard or Hyatt House for the quality. Hilton Garden Inn now uses Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo and conditioners, in room Keurig style coffee makers, stylish and modern decor with comfortable bedding and ample space. ”Clean room- no!!! The hardwood floor was so dirty our feet turned black and so did the towel outside the shower door! Mirrors hung had broken frames, and the room smelled like smoke! Staff- rude! Came knocking on our room door asking what’s going on as if we had done something wrong. Said that we were stomping and yelling, which is total false. She even threatened to call the police on us. Parking- minimal. But there was some! Air conditioning- not too powerful!”

No breakfast although website said there was. Figured out you had to get it from an associate the second day as there were no instructions given at check-in how to do it. Ice machines not working.”

Eggs (hard-boiled, as well as scrambled the 1st day, and cheese omelettes the 2nd day), meat (turkey sausage, pork sausage, & bacon), pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, breads, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, etc. The main thing that would've improved the breakfast for me would have been to have a non-diary milk option available. Parking was $15/night, in their underground garage. The staff were nice and available, and the rooms were clean. Thanks!”

”I was very disappointed that for the amount of money that I was charged for my expensive room, your fantastic breakfast bar was not available at all! It was closed for renovations it said but certainly didn’t look like any work was going on or there was any urgency to get it going again! Was and am very disappointed with that aspect of my stay.
