”We had a great visit at Dun-sur-Meuse. The hotel was exactly as told in reviews and the hotelkeeper and her wife really friendly and helpful! We got all the information needed in english even when we actually were in France. I can surely recommend this hotel, if one is needed near Verdun. There are several restaurants around the hotel to serve the hunger dilemma. Breakfast at the hotel has wide selection.”

”Net en goed betaalbaar hotel. Ruime, schone kamer, prima douche en op verzoek hadden ze al een babybedje voor mijn zoon klaar gezet. Simpel, maar prima ontbijt. Perfect voor een overnachting op doorreis. Je hoort de langsrijdende auto’s op je kamer een beetje, maar zeker niet storend. ”

”The hotel is inside a medieval castle and the style is according to that. Overall a pleasant stay! The restaurant was also good, although one of the main dishes was not in the level of a high class restaurant. But otherwise the food and service was great!”

The check in service was excellent. We were tired and not thinking straight, but the young man was patient and explained everything. We were confused as we had to pay on arrival but money had already been taken off the account. That was a security deposit of 100€.
The rooms were enormous. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet was separate to the sink and shower.
Kettle, coffee machine and fridge...
”We had the luxury of staying in a penthouse apartment. The room was beautiful furnished and very clean. Both dinner and breakfirst was good - and the staff was very nice and helpful.
