Short review
Came down from va was a nice place good location nice space. Only down side is the ac at night was terrible family was so hot. Definitely need to be about to lower it and keep it on. And just the face u can hear everything from the other guest it was 1am and u can hear the other guest having sex had to turn my tv up my kids was asking what was they doing felt like I was n the same room as them

Location was perfect!
We loved that we could walk to restaurants and even the beach. It is only about a 30 minute walk! The property was clean and the perfect size for two people. I wouldn’t suggest 3 but if you needed to you could squeeze. My friend and I loved it and would definitely suggest this place for a weekend getaway!

Birthday gift get away
Initially David is a great communicator and very descriptive on how to get into the property. Once inside started to notice the uncleanliness. Checked in after 11:00 p.m after enjoying the night out with bes friend for her birthday. 1st there was ants in the bed. I initially thought it was one or two ado killed and dismissed it then my 4 year old pointed out there was alive and dead ones in and on top of the sheets. My best friend then felt uncomfortable to even get in the bed. It was to late to check out or let the host know and not close to ft laurderdale at all. We chose to stay for lack of sleep my best friend had to sleep in her jacket with hoodie on to not touch the covers because there was also hair and dirt marks in the bed. Upon waking up the next day I discovers dirty mugs and old sugar. You can give somebody a knot the size of a golf ball with that sugar. we had things to do on the itinerary so I reached to host to let them know of my findings and was greeted with lack of customer service or empathy that in a pandemic world uncleanliness is unacceptable. Host was combative and basically in his own words said the property was checked the day before and was clean and he could seen someone to clean now if I’d like. Upon more conversation with host I decided I would check out and video record how I left the place because host lacks customer service and accountability. Upon packing up to check out after only being in the place for a couple of waking hours. Noticed the toilet lid was disgusting inside, counter tops was not wiped down, floors was unswept and more hair was over the extra blankets. The host know they have an ant problem because there was ant/roach spray underneath the kitchen sink. Host shows a beautiful pick of a pool and lunge chairs was just as dirty as those white sheets and pool looked as if it was in need of a pool boy. There are many leaves and bushes blocking the entry way to the door it is as if you are on a Safari trail. Really hard to walk through at night leaves get stuck in your clothing and poke you. My best friend came out the bushes looking like a porcupine. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone but you pay for what you get so if you looking for something cost friendly this is it. The service or lack of I should say is not even worth it.

Week baecation
Me and my fiancé wanted to get away for a week! The communication was great but we did not feel the description was accurate. The house was shared with a group of women from England they were nice. However, we could hear them in the morning and im sure they could hear us at night. Finding the door was hard! There were trees and bushes were hiding and blocking the door. We had a hard time finding where to go. The leaves even get caught in the door when you tried to close it. The place was smaller than the pictures and there were no extra towels. Other than that it was a home away from home.
