”The buggy service around the Island is pretty ordinary . Granted that they have to pick up and drop off guests all the time but there should be some priority given to some cases . eg: Like waiting to go to the airport with baggage. We waited for 45mins before we decided to walk up to the reception . we booked it for 12pm ( Dep at 1520hrs ) and at 1245 we decided to walk . ”Everything inside the property was excellent. Although parts of the the facility are currently under renovation, there was no inconvenience to guests. The staff were very friendly and professional and even helped us with a taxi driver who over charged our group. Sadly the area outside the facility has the same problem with the rest of Port Vila roads....in need of major overhaul & repairs.”

”We had a great experience in Vila Chaumieres, which felt like a home away from home. Our flight was cancelled and they were extremely flexible with everything. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast with a view to the lagoon was lovely experience. What is more, they spent significant amount of time and effort to help us arrange our transportation to Tanna after we missed our connecting flight. Would highly recommend this place!”
