”This was a quiet place to be able to retreat to after partying at El Malecon. Quite peaceful and affordable. They have a house cat named Benito who just chills and sleeps. ”

”Si eres una persona activa físicamente, no tienes opciones. La oferta deportiva es prácticamente nula. El gimnasio está muy limitado, como que no le han dado suficiente importancia. Tampoco hay otras actividades deportivas, se ven canchas de tenis pero no pertenecen a la propiedad. La limpieza es buena, el personal en lo general es muy amable. La comida es buena, lástima que no cuentan con un buffet para desayunar, antes lo había y era muy bueno, ahora ya no existe esa opción. Hay un mini súper...

”The entire unit has the drain smell the dishwasher doesn’t work and there it’s not so many plastic dishes that offer to take to the pool and I would like that the property was sound proof. Other than that the unit was perfect for our stay and visit around the city. The staff is really friendly with the people ”

”The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff very responsive and helpful. Service is good. Property is clean. Facility has two restaurants. That could be little boring but one Resturant has different type of food each night. The activities at night are ok but could improve. The food quality can be better but acceptable. Overall, great place for family. Maybe not so great for younger adults . But we enjoyed it with our family and smaller kids. ”

”The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Instructions on how to access the hotel and which building it was was unclear, and when I called the number provided the man was not very welcoming. We enjoyed the shared outdoor space, the air conditioning in the room and the proximity to the airport and downtown. ”

”Meliá resort was a beautiful place with all that you need in one spot. The ocean view balconies were fabulous! The beach and pool were fantastic for our family. The staff were all so kind. Karen our server at mole and tacos every morning remembered all of our drink orders and immediately brought them out. She was so sweet to our boys too. Kids Club staff were also very sweet and made our boys feel at home. My sons said it was the best daycare yet! ”

”Had a very pleasant time. Good was good not great but good. Staff was very hospitable attentive and friendly. Felipe and Diego at the seafood restaurant went out of their way so did Johnny and and the waiters at the pool area. Only complaint was when one the the girls at the towel station gave away my chairs that I had reserved at the pool area. According to her I had left my chairs unattended for more than an hour when all we did was go have breakfast and came back to our chairs at the pool...

”The property itself is very beautiful. But the rooms are very poorly maintained. We did not have any hot running water for our shower. The pool for the swim-up rooms (2) that we reserved was very dirty very poorly kept chipped tile, uneven steps.
