The animals in the nearby fields are great to watch. The village is tiny noticed two shops, the butchers and a general store but all this added to the feeling of calmness. The best part is the staff - they are just SO friendly, helpful but very professional.
On our first evening, as we sat in the lounge, we were approached by an elderly gentleman who enquired how long we were staying and where we had come from etc.
We asked him how long had he been staying there and as he walked off he replied "98 years".
