”We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends.”

We spent our days in Hollywood, Universal and the beaches, but had a nice quiet escape at the and of the day. Hosts were terrific; communicative and an easy check in. Every aspect of this GORGEOUS home was clean, thoughtfully decorated and peaceful, with great views and incredibly comfortable! The location is in a lovely neighborhood and so close to iconic Hollywood as well close to Griffith Park for night hiking and the ACFC Soccor game! Diego is a fantastic host in every manner- will definitely book again!”

”The host was super responsive and we're grateful for that. The house was very useable but the pool had parts of the edging that were broken and unstable. Our kids were old enough to be fine but would be cautious with younger kids. Kitchen is only moderately stocked for actual cooking.”

”Great location. Paid pool heating fee through Venmo to a different person than host, kinda weird, host was kinda pushy to collect pool heating fee. Property has not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Air was musty, dirty smelling inside. Many surfaces were sticky and filmy, throw pillows and rugs filthy. Bathrooms not clean, tons of dust and hair. hair sticking to wall in master bath. Cold water does not work in master bath, handle jammed, hot water starts burning you after a few seconds....

”My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️”

”This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious.”
