”We stayed at The Grand and then Nizuc. There is absolutely no comparison between the two. We would never stay at Nizuc again. The service and staff were great. But early in the morning the outside smelled like urine, obviously from the spring breakers staying there. The rooms are so small compared to The Grand. We will never book Nizuc again.”

This happened twice and that was annoying as you are mid shower, need to get out and call the front desk, and then wait until they came to tip them up. ”

”A wonderful and relaxing adults only week in cancun! My only “complaint” is a slight musty smell to the room. It didn’t take away from our enjoyment - an all around amazing weekly. We received a free room upgrade w Expedia VIP. All the food was great, including the buffet (we loved the handmade tortillas at the Mexican restaurant at dinner). All the staff were amazing. Enjoyed resort credits from Expedia and presentation at Le blanc at the spa. Not a party resort - but enough things going on if...
