”We stayed at the Cancun resort - the family site with the beach The Riviera Maya site is adults only with no beach (yet). I will repeat what others have said; the staff are phenomenal. Attentive to any request. Everyone is professional and works very hard. Service with a smile, and on two occasions I noticed they were utmost polite even when guests were being very rude to them. Rooms, pools, and entire resort very clean. I especially took note of the team that gets up before dawn and works...

”We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

”I booked the resort for 5 days. Once I arrived I decided to upgrade to the Privileges package. I was assigned to Claudia. She went above and beyond with helping me book restaurants and also helped my get a cable for my computer I left at home. She was an outstanding help during my stay. The food was excellent, ala carte restaurants were perfect. Tapanyaki, Brazilian BBQ and the Privilages restaurant. All food and services were on par for a 5 star resort. I would recomend this resort to anyone...

”This was my favorite vacation I have taken. It was so beautiful and calm. The staff was super friendly, the apartment was very clean. The beach felt so private and the water was so clear and blue. Amazing views from the roof to enjoy from the hot tub.. the only thing we wish we realized is there is NOTHING around, no Ubers, no Uber Eats. If you don’t rent a car you need to plan enough groceries. We did get a number for a private taxi and found WhatsApp delivery services but it gets pricey so...
