”Beautiful place, everyone was friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant was closed, the pool was great! This hotel is more for a relaxing stay with delicious food. Great for adults and teens, our ambassador Mariel was wonderful and helpful!”

”There is only 2 bad things about that resort, first night we found like 5 raccoons outside our room eating the leftovers food that guest leaving it at their door. The other thing is the gift shop at this resort is a ripoff, like a bad of chips is like $16.”

”This is a very sweet, quiet and comfortable place to stay. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and it was perfect for our family of 4. The on site pool is so nice and clean! And the swim toys were lots of fun. It's also very close to restaurants and the beach! Highly recommend.”

”The hotel has a lot of potential. Its location is perfect: close to the action but far enough away to be peaceful. The pool is clean and perfect. I would have appreciated a slightly better-equipped kitchen (toaster), better water pressure in the shower, hot water that actually heats up, and finally, a TV in the rooms. A very nice stay overall; we appreciated having access to chairs on the beach.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacey - the ones with balcony are especially pretty and comfortable (our group had both terrace and balcony rooms). The staff is very friendly and helpful with any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic right by the ocean and just a few blocks from the main square so it's super easy to walk everywhere, including to the big supermarket Chedraui that is basically next door.
