”Definitely a beautiful place.. Francisco made us feel like home.. if you want to relax while being in a serene location.. look no more. Puerto Morelos is nearby and lots to do nearby.. highly recommended!”

”The resort is very clean and staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean as well and keep clean by room service. The restaurants are top tier food was amazing breakfast lunch and dinner. There’s fun activities for the family. The pools are amazing staff is always near by to offer drinks pool is very clean. ”
”For those looking for accommodations that are not a big, all inclusive resort, Hacienda Morelos is an amazing option!! The hotel staff were all very friendly and check in was easy. After settling in to our room, we headed out for dinner and some basic groceries. Upon returning to the hotel for the night we had a few issues with the room. I talked to Dori at the front desk about those issues and she quickly trouble shooted and moved us to a new room. Given we now had more stuff than we started...
”We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

”Myself and ten of my friends stayed here for my 40th birthday. Everything from the service to the food and the amenities was outstanding. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The rooms were super cool with the extra large showers and kings bed looking over the spa and pool.
