We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aeria Hotel from the early check-in, elevator, clean, beautiful, spacious, air conditioned room with WiFi and terrace to the amazing views and wonderful staff like Samuel at reception. We also appreciated having The Portside restaurant by the rooftop pool and enjoyed a delicious meal there. The bartender and server were very friendly enhancing our experience. Thank you so much!”

We went the Preferred Club route…Room smelled like MOLD, A/C wouldn’t cool to our comfort level, no jacuzzi on patio instead it’s a bathtub with jets big enough for two very small people. Was told they had Crown Royal when in fact they don’t, food was meh, Fire show was VERY DEMONIC & many got up to leave because it was so obvious. Restaurants aren’t open every night. They completely botched our friend’s wedding. We were bribed with a $600 massage package to go “tour their newest...

”Très bien situé, par contre bruyant la nuit mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hébergement. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.”

”Hacienda Morelos Hotel is located less than a 3 minute walk from the town square. The rooms have 2 Double beds in them ”

”Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

”The resort was great. Food was good. I was a little upset about the WiFi. Also, beach was nothing like the pictures, no one could even get in the water. This isn’t the resort’s fault. My wife and I had a great time.”

”It is a new construction, the room was amazing, really clean, with ocean view, the pool really nice. The only thing that it was a big minus is that the Wi-Fi wasn't working in our room, we notified the front desk clerk and went to our room to try to fix it but couldn't be fixed and in that area my phone didn't have good reception there, other than that it was great. ”

”The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”

”It was a pleasant stay except that! The hot water does not work, the air conditioning fails 1 time out of 4. Not to mention that the pool's water levels are too low, so the filter doesn't work.…. ”
