Of course the big downfall is the beach. But you don’t come to Riviera Maya for the beach. It was very rocky and full of sargassum which was expected. They make up for it...

”We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacey - the ones with balcony are especially pretty and comfortable (our group had both terrace and balcony rooms). The staff is very friendly and helpful with any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic right by the ocean and just a few blocks from the main square so it's super easy to walk everywhere, including to the big supermarket Chedraui that is basically next door. Our kids loved the pool too!

”The apartment was very clean upon arrival, checkin was easy, (keys in a lock box). Lots to see and do everything within walking distance. The beach 5 min walk and a large grocery also 5 min away. If you have mobilty issues this place has 34 steps to walk up to get in. There was no housekeeping and no broom to sweep up all the fallen palapa grass from the roof of the apt which seems to fall daily.”

”We booked a platinum room. We had a beautiful room with a sea view. The restaurant options are great, only one we avoided was the Tepanyaki as it’s not our taste. Could not recommend this resort more on the whole, this was our 2nd time and it did not disappoint. The staff are so friendly and helpful. ”We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
