”Excellent service, good food and very clean and quiet place. Only the beach was a little rocky. ”

”Many of the staff were indifferent and seemed to be bothered to assist. Platinum Club staff members were rude and extremely condescending. I booked a 9 night 10 day vacation and Platinum staff told me no menu restaurants were available for my entire stay and I would have to eat at the buffet every day. I told the staff member to cut off my wrist band and return my money! Of course when I walked out, menu restaurants became available. My recommendation is management staff need to get out of the...

”Vista muy linda”

”Tiene una excelente ubicacion. Todo queda cerca, cebtro comercial, lugares para comer y sobre todo la playa.”

”The property is very well located in Puerto Morelos with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Daily cleaning for additional charges, but they offer new towels if you’re available at the time. Internet was not working during my 4 days stay.”

”Came for 2 nights but stayed for 2 weeks. Huge room, great hot shower, big smart TV, nice pool, and quiet at night. Will come back here for sure but Expedia price is a bit high compared to other websites. Check the prices.”

”Clean place, well equipped kitchen, friendly staff, quiet and comfortable. The only downside was that we had one set of keys for 2 people and that was a bit limiting at times…”

”El personal de cocina, o que sirve siempre está enojado. Contesta mal. Los meseros son otro boleto, ellos son muy atentos”

”The people that were working were nice but it seemed like certain workers didn’t know certain things we came for a 25 year wedding anniversary and also me and my wife birthday weekend the property is nice the pool the beach and my favorite was the Ro Marley restaurant I was upset when I made reservations for a certain day just to be told that the restaurant wasn’t open when I had called and made reservations and told them that we’re there celebrating birthday. There was supposed to be some type...

”Habitación muy limpia, el lugar muy lindo y tranquilo.”

”Excelente todo como siempre su servicio de laura nuestra mesera excelente 👌”

”Nice staff”

”It’s a beautiful setting with a private beach area with umbrellas and chairs but the accommodations are very lacking. The main issue is that the entire suite is not air conditioned. The bedroom is air conditioned. However there is a bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and a sitting area with two couches that are only cooled by a ceiling fan—no air conditioning—so they are miserably hot in the summer and only are only comfortable before the sun rising. It is an older hotel so a bit rundown.”

”We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were nicely decorated and spacey - the ones with balcony are especially pretty and comfortable (our group had both terrace and balcony rooms). The staff is very friendly and helpful with any of our questions and needs. The location is fantastic right by the ocean and just a few blocks from the main square so it's super easy to walk everywhere, including to the big supermarket Chedraui that is basically next door. Our kids loved the pool too! Although...

”This place could really be something! The location is amazing, the deck, small pool and views from both are pretty good. However, the place is not that clean. We had some ants in our room, in the kitchen area and near the bed too which was a bit of a concern. It was not infested by any means but they could use a bug spray so we don’t have to worry about our food on the counter top or bugs in the bed. There was dust on everything and I mean clumps, I’m not that particular but omg my allergies. No...

”Clean room, nice staff, kid friendly, family friendly. Irving was extremely attentive and helpful to us all!”
