The apartment is in a contemporary residence and consists of an open-plan living/dining area. Glass doors open onto a small balcony. Inside there is a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The smart, open-plan kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee machine.

Location
The apartment is ideally situated to get the most out of Golfo Aranci. It is close to many restaurants and bars, as well as the beach. There are tennis courts just a 1-minute walk away. For self-catering guests should visit the weekly market (Monday) in the town centre to find the freshest local ingredients.

For a taste of the jet-set lifestyle head to Porto Rotondo (15 minutes) where you will find some of the world’s Super Yachts berthed in the marina. The town has some excellent restaurants and vibrant nightlife, as well as many exclusive boutiques.

The city of Olbia (20 minutes) makes a fascinating day out. The medieval Basilico di San Simplicio is worth a visit as is the Museo Archeologico di Olbia, which tells the history of this interesting region. Otherwise, Piazza Matteotti is known for its lively cafés.

Olbia airport is just a 25-minute drive. The port of Golfo Aranci (4 minutes) has ferries which depart for Livorno in Tuscany.
